MODEL AA (PATENTED)***

The first step in removing thin or
leaking tubes from condensers is to cut
the tube at one end of the condenser.
Armstrong offers a variety of pneumatic
tube cutting machines, each designed
to meet your specific needs. Cutting
adapters are available in sizes from
5/8"-14BWG through 1"-22BWG.
Special sizes available upon request.



Model AA-1: 2.7 HP.-1200 RPM
For non-ferrous Tubes:
Production: 10-20 cuts/minute, varies with alloy & gauge
Model AA-2: 2 .7 HP.-625* RPM

For carbon steel tubes:
Production: 5-10 cuts/minute, varies with alloy & gauge
Model AA-4: 1.5 HP.-200 RPM
For stainless tubes:
Types 304, 316, AL-6X, 29-4C, "Sea Cure"
For Titanium tubes:
Production: 2-8 cuts/minute, varies with alloy & gauge

MODEL HDP (PATENTED)***

The second step in removing leaking
tubes is to pull free of the roll. This tool
pulls the tube out of the tube sheet
approximately 3½". The operator may
then grab the end of the tube with the
Armstrong Stripper™ for fast, easy
and continuous removal
.


Cycle Rate: 16-20 tubes per minute
Stroke: 3½ inches
Tube Size: 5/8"-16ga. through 1¼-22ga.
Gun: Hydraulic (weight 12 lbs.) extra long 20'
hydraulic hose

Pump: air over hydraulic (weight 60 lbs.)*
Air Requirements: 35 CFM at 80-100 PSI

*115V electric, two stage, hydraulic pump
available, if required with 24V control circuit
